This is a test… Each LED cluster is tested just after being soldered to ensure a good connection, proper installation and of course that they work. I’d explain more but I’m not allowed to and don’t have the time. Lots more clusters to make!!!

Second build of the SoBi bike controller in progress we should have 4 built by Monday.  Today I am placing all the tiny leadless SMT parts using our in house IR rework station it can do up to 40x40mm BGA’s
